In this course, Gabriel doesn’t use a robot, but kneads by hand. Although, of course, with a robot you don’t tire as much!

No, not all flours are suitable for pizzas. The reference is T00, but you’ll learn more in the video!

The recipes are explained and dictated on video, but you will also receive a downloadable document containing all the recipes discussed and more.

The training courses will only be available online via our website, but a document summarizing the recipes will be available for download.
As a reminder, duplication of video content is forbidden and illegal.

Although a pizza oven is preferable, no investment is necessary. You’ll already get a good result with a domestic oven, but if that’s the case, we recommend at the very least buying a refractory plate, which will greatly improve the result.

It would be a huge disappointment for us, but we are prepared to fully refund the consumer within 15 days.

This course doesn’t teach you how to be a pizza maker, it just gives you the basics for making great pizzas at home. However, if you’re planning on opening your own pizzeria, we recommend you to take our Pro masterclass.
