About
Born in Paris in 1997, Gabriel began his career as a music teacher before joining his father in Belfort eastern France, to set up the Nenni Ma Foi restaurant in 2018. Due to a shortage of staff in the region, he had to take on the pizzaïolo job by default, and over time improoved his skills always briniging innovative ideas…
In 2022, in his quest for perfection, he met Giuseppe Cutraro (world pizza champion), who gave him the will of making Neapolitan pizza.
His girlfriend, convinced that his pizzas would be a success on social medias, encouraged him to share his work. He published his first TikTok in March 2023, followed by a string of viral videos, and within a year became the most followed pizzaïolo in France, with now a total of over 1 million subscribers on all platforms.
