About

Born in Paris in 1997, Gabriel began his career as a music teacher before joining his father in eastern France, in Belfort, where they opened the restaurant Nenni Ma Foi in 2018.

Due to a shortage of staff in the region, he stepped into the role of pizzaiolo by default — but over time, he began bringing his own creative ideas to the craft.

Always striving for perfection, he met Giuseppe Cutraro, World Pizza Champion, in 2022. That meeting became a turning point: it inspired him to dedicate himself to Neapolitan pizza.

Convinced that his pizzas deserved a wider audience, his partner encouraged him to share his work online. He posted his first TikTok video in March 2023. One viral video followed another, and within a year, he became the most followed pizzaiolo in France, reaching a total of over one million followers.
